Even I paid SBI CC bill on HDFC Bank Bill Pay platform only (dated 4th June) but haven't yet received 1% cashback.
Recently HDFC Bank has been sending frequent messages about downtime and non-working of debit cards during those maintenance hours, does it mean they're upgrading something and because of which there could be delay in credit of cashback?
mhm i kinda felt too, i didnt received that last 250 which should have been credited but didn't hmmm maybe something is up
only 500 received when i should have received 750 since i crossed 75000 this month
mhm so system is at fault ah because of recent HDFC internal upgrades

Aisa hota hai hdfc ke sath..but they will give at end.. 15 20 days.. i also received full 750 in one acc and 250 in other.. that pqid on 1 june
Paid 6 june remaining 500 worth.. not credited yet.. they do this more often.. sometime late credit points sometime not allow redeem.. but al solved automatically in past

Edit: now it shows 250 is there for me but not able to redeem but yes soon it will be resolved as you said i guess:)
