HDFC Millennia CC giving 5% cashback on Amazon GC purchases even when transaction mentions "Amazon GIFTCARD"

This is just to inform everyone who is interested and skeptical about whether Millennia would give 5% cashback on Gift Card purchases done through Amazon. I am regularly purchasing Amazon Gift Cards through amazon and last month noticed that the OTP message and Transaction Particulars for gift card purchases were "AMAZON GIFT CARD MUMBAI". So got a bit apprehensive that maybe HDFC has started identifying Gift Card purchases and would exclude them from 5% category. So i did a little check on this based on the transactions done by me in March and found that it still is giving 5% cashback.
Please correct me if I am wrong with your own explanations. Also if OTP message and Transaction Particulars were always "AMAZON GIFT CARD MUMBAI" , please point out.

How to know these transactions wise cashback details?
You don't know in case of this card as HDFC does not give transaction wise cashbacks details. You have to calculate the cashback yourself per transaction and then corroborate the total with the cashback that is shown as Accrued

Amazon fresh gv buy kar liye the last month instead apay gv.. thode struggle ke baad amazon ne refund kiya money. Sare ke sare cc bol rahe the ye cancel nahi hota.. par kara liye.. reputation hqi apan ka Amazon me.. xd

@Shaan442 do we still get 5% cashback on every transaction on amazon irrespective to merchant name? (e.g - "AMAZON GIFT CARD MUMBAI" , "AMAZON GIFT CARD", "AMAZON PAY INDIA" , etc)
