Guys, one of my friend lost a gold ornament while travelling on a private bus . He realised that after reaching home. So, he immediately contacted driver and asked to check the seat , but driver said there is nothing there. the driver also talked rudely upon asking him to check again . .. My friend also contacted customer care of travels but no use..they are just saying it's not there.. and saying anyone could have taken it since he called after 30 mins..after he got down the bus .
My friend is like 95% sure that it should be in bus only , also since its sleeper and my friend seat was last seat and no other passengers beside him, so, there is very less probably of other passengers to take it. also it was early morning that time so all other passengers were asleep..most likely only driver should have taken it..
Any way to recover ? should he go with police complaint, will this be of any use ? or should he just forget and move on ? cost of lost item is around 30k or so...

Previously the post mentioned 30 to 35K.Now Vijay has revised the number to 30000, by editing the post.

Hello @admin, perhaps you can check on whether it is acceptable here to do SUCH namescalling for someone who is not directly related to desidime, nor has done anything wrong to another member here and the said person (if they exist) are probably not even a desidime user or visitor.
