friday amazon pay offer not working,its rupay card only

Delete your card if stored on Amazon app/mobile site and shift to desktop mode and then add card & proceed in the desktop mode

I tried , but my recharge got failed...just a name shake offer... waste... 

Note: 100 discount of 20% is applicable hmmm "per rupay platinum card" with  "max is 100" for "a month" only 

Did you exhausted rupay offer in previous week ? in this month and now trying to get offer??? that might be case
