Fraud transaction on my Indusind credit card

Hi Dimers,

Be careful !!
Recently, on my Indusind credit card a fraud transaction of AED 379 was done..
This is equivalent to 8000 in INR and the merchant name was Apple online store UAE.

I have blocked the card and complained to the customer care, Unfortunately my international usage on the card was set and this happened to me.

It's been 1 week now and there is no response from Indusind customer care also went to nearest Indusind bank they said customer care only will help you we cannot do anything 🤣

Kindly advice if something like this happened to any of you and what actions did you take.

Fill this dispute form and submit it. They can give a temporary credit for this transaction and they will investigate the same.

I also faced a similar issue many years back on my citi credit card and got a refund for the same in few months

Indusind has very classic way of raising dispute. You need to fill the dispute form and email/post to them. It takes upto 60 days to resolve the dispute and meantime you need to pay the bill for disputed transaction but rest assured they do the investigate and come up with solution of refund. Has happened with me 5 years ago and I got the refunds after sending physical dispute form, took about 40 days in my case.

Complaint to govt. Report site. Along with bank

I guess you already contacted customer care and raised a chargeback for this transaction. If its not done, please do that immediately

I hope you reported it quickly. So money is not credited to receiving bank. It will take time to investigate call them to check status. Indus email support response is too slow they takes 9-16 days to reply sometimes.

Yes reported immediately and sent the dispute form within an hour..

But after sharing the dispute form there is no update till now.

Any contact number ?

Customer care people are saying they r not authorised to see all these details so the only status they give is wait and they will send an email back to you

Physical dispute form means?? Did u handover the form somewhere?

Also complaint in cyber crime portal  portal same fraud transaction happened with me last month and I was able to recover all money let me know if u need any help.

Also send a formal mail also to their customer care and nodel officer about ur case to make ur point stronger.
