Internation Flight booking using GoToGate

Has anyone done international flight booking using GoToGate? What's your verdict for the site and its service? Were you able to complete the journey without any hiccups using the booking and travel details (e-ticket) provided by the site?
GoToGate is one of the booking sites shown in the results of SkyScanner Flight Ticket search.

Had a nightmarish experience with refund and unnecessary and unexplained deductions.
Won't ever use them again, booking com books through them.

Interesting to know that booking com uses their service behind the scenes. I have only used booking com for booking hotels till date.

long back 5-6 years back I have booked international flight tickets with gotogate and didnt face any issue, got the original flight ticket just after 10-15 mins, better save the screenshot of the payment and gotogate ticket number reference
