I paid Yes bank CC bill on 03.08.24. HDFC Portal came as HDFCBILLPAY. Cashback points received for this.

Try sbiunipay, airtel app Or jio finance. Personally got cashback on both unipay and airtel last week, jio finance I haven't used yet

Following point can been seen on their Platinum Debit card page:
"Credit Card BillPay transactions made through Debit Card will NOT earn any CashBack points with immediate effect as this is not an eligible category for the same"
*Not sure if this is recently added or there before

Yes, SBI unipay and jio Finance give 2.5% and 1% for millennia and platinum respectively.
