HDFC Billpay Trick Closed for Millenia & Platinum Debit Card

Is this page updated recently?

Thanks to those who complained to HDFC that they are not getting cashback for credit card bill payments of few banks

I dont think it was there earlier. BTW HDFC Billpay portal transaction also shows CCBBPSNO now.

@abhishek012 is this really an end? I see that 4900 MCC is still in the list.

Its only dead in HDFC bill pay

as along as we get 4900 in someother bill pay this HDFC Platinum debit card will work 1%

which is why HDFC is trying to change their bill pay code internally as CCBBPSNO

BUT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WITH OTHER BILL PAYING PORTAL like SBIUNIPAY as its not in HDFC CONTROL

dont be dishearted:))  THIS 1% WORKS IN OTHER BILL PAY PORTAL THAT SUPPORTS DEBIT CARDS

justificiation : because 4900 MCC is not banned in HDFC platinum debit card

just hdfc is trying their best to close this by using CCBBPSNO but it wont be possible in other bill pay portals which are not in HDFC CONTROL

It was always excluded since inception.. we were getting bc mcc code of bill payment.. and will continue to get.. end of discussion

They have removed AmX from my saved biller.... Now, not able to add Amx in hdfc bill payment payment

Mai hamesa check karte raheta hu na, toh RuPay name pahele nahi likha hua karta tha.

Note - but you can still earn 1% Cashback on SBI Unipay, Jio finance app for credit card bill payment.

Already happened last month around when I Paid my Axis cc bill from HDFC for Rs.5k and got Rental MCC. After that, I never used HDFC bill pay and instead using Jio finance app. Still, there are still options available to earn that 1% cash back with platinum dc and it's great to see those are working smoothly.

paid SBI bill on 2nd Aug. It is showing RENTALBBPSNO. Cashback not received as well.
What are the alternative to each Rs 750 pm now? I have platinum dc.

Trying to pay axis bill, at payment page it fails without any signature. Am I doing something wrong??
