Do samsung Phones support dual UPI & cloning, s23 ultra

Upgrading from the Poco F1 to the S23 Ultra. I'm just wondering if Samsung phones support dual app cloning and whether Samsung provides a cloud service similar to Mi Cloud, including message, photo, and call syncing. I write a lot of notes on Xiaomi Notes, which syncs with Mi Cloud. It's difficult for me to switch to Samsung's UI, which I personally don’t prefer.

if possible find a phone compatible with graphene or divest os, you will love it since you are a diy and a hardware guy

On my s23 ultra I use Google notes.
Dual Messenger is available for WhatsApp Snapchat and Telegram.
Yes Samsung Notes , Contacts etc sync to Samsung Cloud

Almost all Samsung phones come with Secure Folder which lets you use a copy of an existing app with your second SIM.
