well international transaction on some rare websites just need details till CVV and thats enough :) without OTP hehehe this is how fraud international transaction mostly happens:)
but these days RBI has restricted international transaction a lot to some approved list of websites only, so lot of CC's will fail but there are exceptions where the card details will work:)
