Bookmyshow scammed me in the name of convenience fee

I Booked 4 standing Coldplay tickets which where 6450 per unit which comes out to be 25800, plus I was charged 6484 rs as convenience fee for 4 tickets, later I came to know that some people were charged only 1888 for same 4 tickets. After researching more i came to know they charged convenience fee randomly. Some were charged 2k some were charged 3k, only i was looted 6484rs. Bookmyshow is not responding via twitter and app support.
What can I do now?

must have booked from iPhone.. BMS is a fraud site on which convinience fee is based on user profiling. Once day their convinience fee will be higher than the ticket itself.
I stopped using BMS long back.. Walk in to movie hall 30 minutes early and you will 99.9% get tickets... without any additional charges.

What can I do now?
There is this lawyer from Bombay or New Bombay, who has already taken the company behind bookmyshow to the drycleaners.He (that lawyer) is already seeking out other victims of the alleged malpractices of the companies which he claims have fraudulently started black-marketing too.
I too read about him/ the lawyer in some news story or something.
He tried to book tickets, and could not.
Then he found out many of his acquaintances too could not and the ways in which others got hold of tickets by other means and now re-selling the tickets.
That lawyer cum annoyed customer has filed law suits and is encouraging, helping others too.. in doing the same.
so maybe getting in touch with that lawyer or some other, competent litigation attorney.. would be a good idea i think.

Some where in DD there was a post or comment about this by a dimer, i forgot where
but the content was , that BMS is starting to charge conveyance fee based on supply demand, i commented there as scam kinda thing lol

In India... People are crazy for these gore singers... But don't give a damn about our own local singers.... There are hardly any indian singers for who whom west gives a f.. K..... If someone is so crazy Coldplay fan.... You can listen to the songs for free on youtube wnd many other platforms.... In Indian weather... In a live show full of crazy crowd.... Don't know what we will listen....
