Actually if their is any comparison chart or google sheet of tested Merchants with Cash Back card exist than it would help everyone in getting benefit without any hassle.

For SBI CB their is Sheet available in this forum but not for HDFC SWIGGY CC..

There is no one fit all solution for any Cashback card follow this step:
- Find out the Merchant Code for which it provides rewards
-Now Identify websites which fir the merchant category for the same
-Identify the value you are getting minus charges if any (if it is positive deal go for it)
-In case there is limit of purchase on website, then repeat above steps with other websites.
