I recently opened lite account  we have to select physical branch near to us during application procees. We have to tick what we need like debit card, passbook, cheque book,online acvount etc and a few more options.

1. Can we upgrade account later via App or do we need to visit branch to upgrade?

2. In lite account we will get virtual card or physical debit card

<< yes if tick debit card during application we get physical debit card. For online account this is required, otherwise a physical visit to selcted branch during application process is required. After online account is enabled can apply for virtual debit card >>

3. In the Bob Lite account, will we get any option to choose debit card?

I opened bob lite account online so to ans ur question,

1. I haven't checked upgrade option but I know that any bank upgrade goes through branch only.

2.u will get physical rupay platinum debit card and u can apply an additional rupay platinum virtual debit card.

3. I did not get any choose option. I got my physical dc within few days of account opening. I didn't even have to apply for any dc. Issuing dc was automatic

Is the physical debit card chargeable?

Or both physical and virtual dc are free (on AQB 3K)??
