it had axis card offers but today no offer

Axis Neo offers are available on Paytm now. Amazon collaboration ended .
But Paytm is charging very high convenience fees of Rs. 69. Which sort of makes 5% cb upto 150 from Axis Neo card makes it useless for payments less than 1500
