25% upto 250 on airtel connections and 10% upto 250 on other categories that too via airtel app. And 10% on zomato, swiggy and BB.

Zomato and swiigy is mostly bugged 😝 ,only airtel bills and utility tracked perfectly

you wouldn't have asked this question itself if you had properly checked the statement , within the statement there is a contact section which has contact details including nodal officer details (right below the cashback section.)
people were trying to help you
