Strange experience with mobile exchange order.
From past 3 days, mobile is out for delivery (chosen with exchange).
Whenever called, Delivery person asking if possible to come to delivery center (3-4km).
Today said, I am not coming that side today. Wait for tomorrow or collect from center. He told reasons of so much load of deliveries (laptops and mobile).
He also talk about if delay , orders get cancelled then said will try to come tomorrow while flipkart CC says not to worry, order will be delivered by the end of day😅

Delivery guy took two bags to deliver the orders recent delivery guy murder for i phone is shocking must understand the situation of the delivery guy problem too
If you really want device than you can go and collect it from center. Otherwise they will mark it undelivered due to some bulls*t reasons.
This is new trend from delivery center?
And flipkart can't do anything about it

Ya In My Area Also Normal Days FK Delivery Boy Coming Nearly 11am... Now In Sales Due To Heavy Orders , Fk Boy Coming To My Area At Night 8pm
Any if he was sad, and thus wanted a happy ending too.. then would have asked him to wait for me to finish all his deliveries and then i would come to your place to even give you that.
@amanhere2011608 since you took the time, efforts to type all this here, i was wondering if you also took some time and efforts to write to their escalation team or in some other way, raise a grievance with Flipkart for such (likely) cancellation and improper treatment meted out to you by the logistics partner (mostly Ekart Logistics)?
Escalated already before drafting here so that to know If anywhere else such situation is present or is it just isolated incident. Got to know from here, such incidences happening at many places.
Escalated again, got reply wait till end of day, order will surely be delivered.
Asked fk, about their helplessness towards such issue and DA become more powerful than fk itself. Fk cc said, we will forward issue to seniors if it's not delivered today.
Update : Received after calling many times and went to collect 3km.
Paid 800 extra as some screen issue he mentioned (which really was not big issue but seems FK excepts brand new phone for replacement)
DA was getting calls from customers for their orders but he calmly rejecting calls.
He told me about Lucknow incident of DA was murdered for iphones & that seems to be made other DA's quite relaxed as well.
He said even FK is not bothered if orders are late or undelivered.
High possibility of Order cancellation and Reason will be Buyer Rejected Parcel
