After collecting so much money, do they make road proper. nahh.. its waste of time paying.
moreover dual helpmate is pain in a**. 90% fines are for helmets only. which is 500 for one time. I have seen 19k-20k helmet fines. god only can help Karnataka people. all are looting from all directions.

These are money making practices of the govt and is applied to pan india. Most rigid traffic officers are from Chandigarh followed by Delhi and other metro states.
Delhi itself collected more than 200 crs in a month's time , just from the challans. Imagine.
Also the challans are govt eccentric. For ordinary people, there are no measures to object or do something on the trial.
I had hired lawyer for 1000, and given challan of 2000 when i wanted to context. Loss of 3000 plus agoney , time and what not, which could have easily settled in Rs 200/- bribe.
I watch US traffic court, the city had to prove it, with video graphic evidence, in order to fine a person.
Wish someone in future improve our judiciary system, instead of just looting an ordinary person.
Same incident i was at signature bridge delhi on bike with my friend sitting on back and he was chewing pan masala without wearing helmet . I was wearing helmet.
Cops stopped us . , And told him why he is not wearing helmet , and apart from this they said " ye to gutkha bhi kha rha h , iska to zrur chalan krunga "
I politely said bhai kuch pese leke khtm kro and surprisingly i did not have more thn 50rs in my wallet ,
Police guy said " chl la 50rs hi dede " 😂
