According to me, Love is in the Air
Well, according to Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips, “We want, or wanted, to believe that without love we would disappear, that love, somehow, would save us that, yeah, if we have love, give love and know love, we are truly alive and if there is no love, there would be no life. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.”, despite of being really contradicting in nature the above two quotes will still remain special to my heart. Former being hopelessly bleak and sharp transition in to the fervently romantic quote by Judy shows me two parts of life. Some how, we tend to float in between the two extremes, probably that’s life. And life is can be really cruel. We have started our fight since the day our parents conceived us. Out of million sperms only one fertilized the eggs. That also translates that fact in to a grimmer version, we were the sole cause for the death of millions-1 sperms. These things sound really vulgar but it is how it is. So, we all were ruthless winners once. We slowly learn the ropes of life as we grow up. And there are pleasures in the world so are pain. How we deal with those painful incidents actually define us. I often wonder, if Wayne is true, then we would just stop doing everything and roll over, waiting to perish. And if Judy is true, there won’t be any bad incidents in our life, and we wont be doing any work and always love love love song would ring in our brain. Well, actually the love for life makes a person get up from the personal mess one makes to move on with life to find someone, who shares the same idea as Judy. And the person who loves him/herself can love other people as well, and they generally better lovers.
According to me, Love is the force that make us to live and survive the life we live in. In short, love is life. 🙂
