No extra NeuCoins: Order value less than 1000 INR
Extra 100 NeuCoins: Orders value between 1000 INR to 2000 INR (i.e. less than 2000 INR)
Extra 250 NeuCoins: Orders value greater or equal to 2000 INR

3. The offer is valid from 1st Jan 2025 12:00 AM - 7th Jan 2025 11:59 PM
4. Users will get only one of the offers (100 NeuCoins or 250 NeuCoins) depending on the 1st transaction done during the offer period and the eligibility/success
5. The offer is valid for select group of Tata Neu enrolled users who have received a communication regarding the offer from Tata Neu.
6. A user needs to claim this offer on the Click to claim page to avail the benefits of the offer.
7. Customers need to make a net minimum purchase of ₹1000, i.e. a single transaction of ₹1000 or above to avail this offer.
8. The offer is valid across select categories: Electronics, Grocery, Fashion, Health, Jewellery, Watches, Flights and Food Delivery categories on Tata Neu. The offer is not applicable on Hotels, Fitness, Tata Play, Bill payments on Tata Pay and other purchases of financial products/services on Tata Neu.
9. The offer is only valid for all the participating brands. Participating brands are Croma, BigBasket, Titan, Tanishq, Tata CLiQ, Westside, Air India Express, Air India, 1mg, ONDC and non- participating brands include IHCL, Qmin, Cult and Tata Play.
10. A successful order is defined as any order with net value higher than or equal to ₹1000, post any cancellation or returns, after applying any discounts, coupon codes, etc.
11. In case of any cancellation or returns, where order does not meet the criteria for a successful order, the credited NeuCoins will be withdrawn, and you will not be eligible for the offer.
12. The credit of NeuCoins will be initiated in your account within 72 hrs from the date of delivery of full order, subject to customer not cancelling the entire order(s) and being in strict adherence to all the T&Cs of this offer and Tata Neu platform but not limited to misuse of the promotional offer, suspicious usage of the Tata Neu platform and any other fraudulent activities. These NeuCoins will get unlocked after the return window of respective brands are over. *Please refer to the NeuPass terms and conditions for more details.
13. Customers need to use these NeuCoins to shop on the platform within 60 days of the issue date. NeuCoins not used within 60 days of issuance will get expired.
14. This offer is over and above the 5% NeuCoins (and any other promotional activity running during the offer period) that you will earn on Tata Neu. Terms and Conditions apply.
15. Offer is valid once per user. A customer can earn maximum 250 NeuCoins in this offer.
16. Exceptional scenarios will be handled separately and credit of NeuCoins may take longer than 72 hours from the date of full order delivery.
