Just an Update @Hi.Debasish told me, he received Cashback for January & February month both Rs100 cashback, infact he also use Rs25 coupon code, coupon & RuPay card cashback both receive, he used same credit card & same RuPay debit card and also use 3 different mobikwik account in January & Febuary month. All cashback received.

same here. As per T&C, any transactions today, they will have to issue cashback by 10th Feb. They are playing dirty tricks.
I think they will enable the Rupay Debit card transations after 12 AM.
