Just an Update @Hi.Debasish told me, he received Cashback for January & February month both Rs100 cashback, infact he also use Rs25 coupon code, coupon & RuPay card cashback both receive, he used same credit card & same RuPay debit card and also use 3 different mobikwik account in January & Febuary month. All cashback received.

I think mobikwik use different different payment gateway, some gateway is not working on selected RuPay debit cards.

Yes, those who are facing transaction failure, After card details enter, check payment gateway page this page is opening or not -
AU RuPay card, SBI RuPay JCB Card and few other bank RuPay cards work only on this payment gateway page, if any other payment gateway page open then cancel and retry
Other banks like ICICI RuPay card or Paytm bank RuPay card working on other payment gateway too.
