No gift and they printed same on bill

no bill no seal no gift

Ordered 4 times got gift box on all orders in delhi.

Just received the order from malviya Nagar delhi no gift bill given

If u didn’t get the gift, You can complain to cc and they’ll provide a 50% off upto Rs 100 coupon FREEGIFT for the account

Received the gift with a Santa cap and one chocolate while the box looked empty. 

It looks like there were other items too but they’ve gone missing. 
Swiggy could have planned this better.

In my area delivery boy neither giving invoice nor gifts

Got 8 gifts out of 9 orders and 1 50 rs coupon for missing gift

Guys I think we should start giving some gift/delivery tips to our deliver people on every order we place as a token. They are Our bothers.

Any thoughts are welcome

Cc said 50% off upto 100 coupon will be added. Instead added 50rs off coupon. :Facepalm:

I placed around 9 orders today out of which 3 had gifts. Now if I use the help section of the app will i get 6 coupons of 50/100 each?
Or only once.
I am asking because in the banner it’s clearly mentioned grab free gift on each order and no limit is mentioned.

I placed order but I didn’t get gift so I complained about it got 100rs ×2 coupon ,coupon code “INSTAGOOD100”

Ordered 5 times today from 3 account 

delievered for first 2 orders .

for next 2 orders ,store didn’t provided invoice at first and nor the freebies .Also different items were delivered claiming too much rush 

contacted swiggy support they didn’t helped much .

then ordered from 3rd account and called delivery guy and said don’t pick up without invoice .He did the same .Store deliberately did this as was on call ,manager told to provide freebies , but the store guy was saying not to give .Shared this to twitter handle .

In next 30 minutes delivery guy was there with physical  invoice and told me to complaint as they are doing this with everyone .Will tip him for his honest efforts .

ultimately received 50 each  in all 3 accounts .

Swiggy instamart partner store knew about every offers ,they do it purposefully  ,which clearly evident in my situation .

I didn’t get the gift pack with my order of Rs 200. I had applied discount coupon of Rs 90 and paid Rs 110.
When complaining on chat, the agent told that as my order value was below ₹200, I am not eligible to get the gift pack.
In fact I received gift pack with my earlier orders below 180.
I told the agent that my order value was not 110 but 200 and 90 was coupon discount. I also asked him to provide me t&c showing the eligibility criterion for the offer, but he rudely told me to contact on [email protected] and closed the chat.
Very unprofessional attitude.
