Placed 10 orders and received the gifts for all 10 orders in East Delhi.

Placed 3 identical orders together, got a gift on one of them (delivered by 3 different riders)
Also wanted to ask about the refund procedure here? They didn’t send one item, maybe because its out of stock now, the bill I got with order is of lesser amount only but swiggy hasn’t refunded any amount automatically.
Chat support saying that they are investigating
This is a regular issue.
When they modify the order the system doesn’t adjust the coupon amount and hence the updated order value comes to be more than what you pay.
So no auto refunds.
Chat CC on app are incapable of understanding this. I had to raise it on twitter to get a resolution.

Received the coupon. It’s a flat Rs.X off coupon code valid for 30 days with no minimum order criteria.
The coupon is a better option to have than the gift box, and you can choose to buy products of your choice

In Hyd its quite random. Received on 2 out of 4 orders so far. Didn’t get gift in orders that have single high value item of 200 but got in multiple low value items that totaled 200 bill
the reason they saying for bill not providing is “due to heavy flow of orders they are not getting time to generate system bill”. 🤑
