During Budweiser offer my delivery boy cheated me he has torn off the bill before delivery. Only store name is visible on bill and remaining part was torn off and didn’t deliver the Budweiser. When I asked him he ran away by saying complain on customer care. But cc refused to help in absence of invoice. So sometimes delivery boy also take free items by just removing the invoice.
Was your delivery bag tampered? I think mostly free gifts are stolen by the warehouse guys where they punch the bill but doesn’t pack the free item.
