Used Payzapp payment option and paid via my linked HDFC card don’t know if I’ll get Smartbuy benefits on my card too which I get if it’s used directly on Smartbuy for gv purchase
Will we be able to make the purchase of remaining 4k of amazon voucher (since smartbuy allows 5k amazon gv per month) again using the same cc or dc?
I had observed in the past that once the cc has been used in buying amazon gv, the next time transaction from it fails. So wont it make sense to buy amazon 5k gv in one go? Please enlighten

Use card in dedicated account only as they mapped cards to the accounts few months back. So as far as i know, If we try to buy in another account using a card, Which is already mapped to another account, Then transaction fails.

was previous month purchased 2000 amazon gv using hdfc millenia card from smartbuty form one smartbuy account. tuday used payzapp card on that acount and try to buy amazon from another account using hdfc millenia card transaction failure is showing. the payment is not happening redirecting after entering cvv.

HDFC system has flagged your debit card for misuse so nothing can be done now. Even if you delete any saved card it is just for your reference, system always remembers whenever a card is used in multiple accounts for security measures/fraud prevention.
