Is this code once per account / once per card or we can use it multiple times?
Amazon/Flipkart GV once and any other GV once per account/card.
Minimum amount of GV of each of these two categories is Rs 1000.
Amz/Fk discount is flat 50. Other brands get 10% upto 150 (plus a base discount for some brands).
You can buy them in a single transaction or separately.
E.g
1) Amazon 500 + Flipkart 500 : 50 off
2) Big Bazaar 1000 + More 500 : 150 off
1 & 2 in a single transaction or separately.
If done separately, then same HDFC card or Payzapp wallet can be used.
Note: If there is a base discount like on Bookmyshow or Mainland China etc, then the SBEXTRA 10% discount will apply on that discounted value, not on face value. So Rs 1000 BMS GV won’t get you 10% off, you have to put a little more in the cart so that this amount after base discount is 1000 or more.

Yes but depending on the credit card the equivalent value in reward points will be there for some cards(check T&C of the offer).

For amazon and flipkart vouchers, No payzapp payment gateway.
For other brands vouchers,
After adding voucher to cart→ Buynow→ Code→ Apply→ Select payzapp payment gateway→ Login into payzapp→ Payment
To get rs.100 extra cashback offered by payzapp, Cart value should be rs.1500 or more

@RockyBond Zero knowledge about pineperks card. I guess non HDFC card holders can use pineperks card to avail this 5% instant discount(rs.50) by giving pineperks card details(Just like HDFC card holders give their DC or CC details) directly.

But what the hell was that agent telling me then? I was clear in my query and she was absolutely clear and unambiguous in her reply after some waiting and checking. I got it twice confirmed/answered by her that it is in deed 1500, and 1000 is wrong. Now we find the reverse is right. This is utterly unprofessional and irritating 
.

Not by using payzapp card directly(entering payzapp card number in card payment option) but by selecting payzapp as payment option on payment page & for flipkart/amazon there is no payzapp payment option on payment page.
