Cancelled and no cashback of the balance, even when I spent 380 rs on the order, got 300 earlier but looks like I won’t get that 80 back

(I had ordered product worth ₹160 * 6 and for some unknown reasons I was not charged delivery fee for any of these 6 orders, it was written as Free Upgraded delivery under the promotion section 🙂)

My orders were also cancelled. When contacted, CC says the product was damaged during transit (totally laughable). We all know why it was cancelled. When I checked the website, I found:

None of them points to error pricing. This is how the system is. Anyone can enforce anything and get away with it.

In 2019, during the Black Friday sale in the US, amazon.com listed and sold mirrorless cameras and other consumer electronics at a price error. People could buy Sony mirrorless cameras at ridiculously low prices. Not one order was cancelled. Every single order got delivered.
In India, Amazon behaves differently.

It seems people who were able to order least priced item are in maximum profit. All in all Amazon has settled this bug by just cancelling the orders and not reverting any cashback

at least rs. 40 refund they have given for those who has placed with shipping charges.

Now i don’t feel bad about missing out on this deal

My 2 products are cancelled and adjusted with cash back I think they won’t sent back money to cc or dc

I ordered Rs 100 products and got 300 cb.
After cancellation, I did not get any refund and cb was also not reversed so a total 2x 200 cb profit in my two accounts.
