Ordered from 3 accounts..all 3 accounts cancelled…they send me mail that shows once the product return to seller, amount refund…i think they also reverse cashback also..
product cancelled by seller. i used up the cashback. now, when i go to amazon pay settings it says “Your money in Amazon Pay balance is locked temporarily.”
i chatted with CC they say it will be released in 2-4 days. also they say i don’t have to payback anything.
i do have 40 rupees in amazon pay and i can use it for payment and i can also add money so i don’t what kind of temporary lock it is.
edit- AMAZON PAY BALANCE locked temporarily and product cancellation are 2 different things. i mingled them due as i got confused. other readers don’t get confused by my comment. 2 different things altogether.
Amazon Pay Money is locked show where your kyc is expired or they block that because of multiple account . You can use your balance in above both cases
