What is the offer?

• Top-up your PhonePe Wallet & get flat 1% Cashback* up to ₹100
• Minimum transaction amount required is ₹3000. Payment to be made via UPI or Debit Card or Credit Card only.

What is the eligibility criteria?

• Offer can be availed only on PhonePe Wallet top-up during the offer period.
• Offer applicable for select set of users only

What is the offer duration?

• From 00:00 hrs 12th November 2021 to 23:59 hrs 30th November 2021

How many times this offer can be availed?

• Offer can be availed only once (per user, per device) during the offer period

How do I avail the offer?

• Click on PhonePe wallet widget on the Home Page
• Enter amount & click TOPUP WALLET to complete your transaction
• Money can be added to your wallet using UPI / Debit Card/ Credit Card

When do I get the cashback / benefit?

• Cashback will be credited as PhonePe Wallet balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction

What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?

• If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you

What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?

• Min KYC users cannot withdraw the amount. Withdrawable balance of the wallet will be reversed to the source of fund at the time of closure of the wallet

Other Terms and Conditions:

• A user can earn up to ₹9,999 cashback in the PhonePe wallet per financial year (i.e. 1st April to 31st March) from offers disbursed on PhonePe
• Offer is applicable on iOS and Android devices
• Any cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
• Cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores.
• Cashback gift voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
• The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
• PhonePe reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by PhonePe from time to time.
• PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, Phonepe reserves the right to resolve the same as per the Terms & conditions of any offer at its sole discretion.
