I visited 2 indian oil petrol pump and I scanned the qr code but there is no option to use this reward and I tried through paytm, phonepe, google pay but every time money got deducted from bank account and wallet not through reward of 50 can someone tell me how to use this

I have followed same step , points redeemed but not creating allowance wallet in my Paytm and not showing anywhere in wallet section.
i talked to cc also then he said activate Paytm postpaid then after he will help because he said that after Paytm postpaid activation then after money credited in your wallet
