If your phone develops an issue, and you take it to service centre, can they not reject it because your invoice shows that you have purchased it from an unauthorised reseller?
And be aware, Flipkart support response has only been that they have mandated sellers to provide 100% genuine product. They do not say that they themselves guarantee that the product is 100% genuine. This is a legal dance around that Flip kart is doing to avoid liability themselves. They still do not guarantee that you are not getting a refurbished phone.
I have a feeling it will be out of stock before even one unit is purchased. Flipkart’s publicity stunt. Noone will be able to question also and one plus ceo also will not have an issue.

Ok. I was going through all the replies on that tweet from carl pei. One plus official id has tweeted that they suggest to buy from official channels only and they are exclusive with amazon only and can’t guarantee the authenticity if bought from some other source.
But they never said anything about not giving warranty if the product is authentic!
Flipkart can be taken to court if one plus doesn’t gives warranty as flipkary product page says 1 year manufacturer warranty.
If this was a mistake, it would have been corrected by now. But, even after all this noise, flipkart seems to be going ahead with the sale. So, not much to worry here imo.
But, the question is will it be available at all. I doubt. Maybe out of stock straight away!!

I posted that even confirm price for 18999 was mentioned in telecomtalk website, I read that even before this thread poll.
But right FK clearly mentioned that stock is limited and all. So get ready to get disappointed.
None of online seller ever released how much QUANTITY they offer for sell and how many get

Problem is i don’t have money in sbi account and imps to sbi often doesn’t works on weekends 
I just transferred to sbi and it worked fine
I think there will be only few! As FK has alrdy burned so much of money before, it doesn’t matter from them ( might have bought at high price and then selling at lost) but it will definitely decrease one+ value

We can’t imagine how these mobile companies are looting us, we think those so called high end mobiles sorry dabbas are so costly and how they are selling in loss etc but they have made us to feel like that.
I remember one of my friend bought Nokia N73 for 28000 …ohh crap, imagine now…and last price drop for that mobile is below 12k or 14k I think…
My friend Bought Nokia 6600 for 26k and after few months I bought it for 8800….how can they manage this price drop…They make us fool…..

Yes, there are lots of confusion in this topic indeed, I got lost at some point. One main thing stood out though, was Carl Pei’s Tweet to Sachin Bansal, asking him why FK is selling this phone at first place when its Amazon exclusive, let alone the decreased price. So make sure you will get warranty from OnePlus, if the need comes. However at 19k, I don’t know, if you are loaded enough and brave you could take chance anyway
