A few observations of mine, on Amazon the prices of the Refurb hardly vary from the new one, so it could be possible the refurb ones get sold on flipkart.
Somthing similar had happened a few months back with the Samsung Note 4, some dimers got new sets and some got refurb.
Time to wait and watch, in case these are new, and if sold at 19,999 then the ones who should be crying are the ppl who bought Moto M. Similar price range but a segment below.

Thank God, I had some issues with my OnePlus 3 and had to return it back.
8k is huge.
I always like to sale my phones and get a new phone, I would’ve got like 13-14k at max with this huge discount.
People with OnePlus 3 are going to burst out their anger.
