It is like very basic against the electric seeing the service issues,one thinks of buying to avoid the service and repair cost for an IC engine as it gets older need more service ,oil change, gears and other parts will cost more, This ola is just opposite after buying itself people are flocking for service issues delay, no repair .
to address the issues , they are doing this sale and marketing gimmick like all other corporate when in industry the name is getting ruined due quality or other issue, they cover it up with these kind and create a name using consumer sentiments and low price sale.

The scooter is faulty and if it needs any service, it can't be done. There are too many complaints in their service centre so you need to wait a lot.
The company doesn't provide good hardware availability to their centres. They also have a headache. They get tired and stop accepting service requests.
Currently entire supply chain is faulty. They say 8 years warranty but your scooter won't last that much. You will be exhausted and sell it at any price to get rid of it.
