It is like very basic against the electric seeing the service issues,one thinks of buying to avoid the service and repair cost for an IC engine as it gets older need more service ,oil change, gears and other parts will cost more, This ola is just opposite after buying itself people are flocking for service issues delay, no repair .
to address the issues , they are doing this sale and marketing gimmick like all other corporate when in industry the name is getting ruined due quality or other issue, they cover it up with these kind and create a name using consumer sentiments and low price sale.

I can see almost all dimers are cursing ola service. I understand the complainants are much more than other evs but we must consider the volume of sales ola achived so far and  lakhs of ola are already running on roads. 

The main differentiating factor which can be considered  is % of complaints with their sales.

Any dimer dare to praise ola with his experience? 

I understand there are service problems with Ola. Is this limited to certain region, certain model or certain year of manufacturing? Can someone throw light on this for making a decision? Thanks in advance!

after going through all comments i want to ask for how much price we can take the risk of ola if the scooter i want to buy is 1L? and also why most of the times i am hearing only bad about ola, seems to be over exaggerated? is it really going to die slowly?

Below  may be good news for ola customers. Especially " 1 day resolution else get ola s1 as a backup" 

Ola is a fraud company run by a serial fraudster. Do not buy even at 25K. It's a bad quality junk product. Ownership & service is a headache. Zero resale value. 

Numbers speak of themselves, After initial buyers were duped, word of mouth has spread and their are falling off a cliff.

1. It was in service station for 6 months in last 14 months

2. Not working and been idle for 4 months

3. Subscribed to care plus with zero benefit, more of frustration only.

4. When went to service center and asked for priority, I was asked to give 1600 cash for priority.

One will loose your patience, that's why one burnt his own ola and other one burnt the service center itself.

Stay away and have peace of mind.

My BP increased because of this. Instead of care plus, better apply for medical insurance...

We as a dd community should discard ola scooters - admin should mention buy ola at your own risk in tittle itself , one of my friend literally had no vehicle for 1 month, suspension had some kind of fault and he had to wait 1 month for repairs , he also had to visit 70 km away service center for that 

50k price not showing. Anyone able to buy at 50k?

Spoke with Ola showroom guy, he is saying 10 scooters came at that price yesterday, today another 10 might come thats all.. Marketing gimmick

What are the eligibilty criteria for being a community member

Ola thinks themself Apple of Electric scooters so like BBD they dropped the price for limited time so that 70k scooter could be sold in 50k.  

But what I see from comments and people's experiences, there is serious quality issue in scooter that's why 80000 complaints are coming every month. 

If that's the case then it's better to abstain from such brand's product which is  Infact full of defects.
