Ground reality is that once these scooters need service, it just becomes a dead product until not repaired
Never ever buy any current or future product of Ola if you wish to have peace of mind. The service sucks, practically it is not there. I have S1 Pro and Ola Care+ still last time had to wait for more than 20 days to get service, that too after escalating to the Company Secretary (its IPO was on, hence got the attention on SOS basis).
Presently waiting since almost a week to get the solution. Contacting on phone is impossible and emails have standard response with a ticket no and then long snooze.
An electric scooter can not be repaired other than by the manufacturer (it is hardware + software with mostly proprietary spares). And here Ola has failed miserable so far. My advise, even if it is at 50% discount, stay away. It is a cheater company which does not care about its customers, ones an item is sold.

Their market share is falling through the floor. Don't buy these scooters because they're cheap. The scooter will be worthless in 2 years when the company is bankrupt.
By buying so much from apple and other anti-repair and anti-ownership companies, people have made these scamsters realize just how much more money they can make by just ripping off the majority of the morons repeatedly.
ola services are all scam... even their conbranded credit card sucks

If you need cheap product then entire supply chain should be perfect. Only Chinese automakers can do that. But such product will have huge import duty, so either way we are doomed.

I think the OLAs after sales support is not that great, and their product is not that great nowadays. Please do a quick research and get convinced before you buy.
