If any part of package is not availed, refunds cannot be claimed for and neither is any part of package exchangeable with some other services. Re-scheduling the reservation will be considered as cancellation followed by the new reservation.
If cancelled 30 Days before the scheduled booking then you pay 10 % of the invoice amount
If cancelled 8-29 Days before the scheduled booking then you pay 25 % of invoice amount
If cancelled 7 Days before the scheduled booking or No Show then no refund will be given.
If it rains & service is not provided then 90% refund
