Nova Launcher Prime available at Rs 15/- on Google Play Store

Is rooting needed to use this launcher? One of the comment in that website says
The Nova Launcher does not allow folders and app groups. Hiding apps is also broken

it does allow to make folders and it doesn’t require rooting

N is it one time charges or recurring charges ?
Does bank charges extra for purchase on play store ??
Also I can see the refund option after purchase , what is that now ??
If I remove the card, even then will I be charged for some app which is subscribed for a certain period , like antivirus ? After 1 year , suppose 200 rs ? If I remove card, toh bhi pause katenge if I choose auto renewal ?

No hidden charges.
Depends on app to app but here you will be charged only once.
Bank does not charge anything extra but you might get charged 1 dollar for verification purpose but don’t worry that money will be credited back.
Google play offers a 15 minutes no question asked refund policy. You can ask for refund even after 15 mins upto 30 days(depends from developer to developer) but with a valid reason.

We have to pay in dollars only
Normal debit cards wont work like State bank of India ICICI,HDFC or Axis or any other cards works
No, there is no VBV verification (3d secure) for international transactions as you will be paying to Google CA directly
I would suggest you to use Paypal, initially for adding card you will be charged 50rs
Then normal charges. If any transaction fails, your amount will be credited directly to bank

You can pay via debit card and remove the debit card from google wallet. I just did that
