Shraaj bhai.. Why would somebody visit service center just for fun.. Once the part is damaged.. then only you end up following service center.. Most of service centers in India are strictly told to replace the parts in case hardware damage is found.. This is applicable to Mobile and laptop.. New brand always struggle to enter into established market.. Considering the price barrier of Infinix.. No established company can even think to compete with them.. We indians have to flourish such brands to save ourselves as no indian company is currently in mobile and laptop domain which brings/suffices latest and trendiest market demands.
Using Infinix X2 Plus for around 5 months now and it's been a good experience. The build quality is really good for the price (on par with Acer but not with dell or msi)
Didn't contacted /visited customer care or service center yet so no idea about service quality
Stay away from Infinix Brand just for the sake of specification you will lose all your money. If you really want to test just call or visit their service centre and get to know the reality.
