Hey guys it’s working only with canon devices. And when its connect with internet all photos n videos ll store in cloud also that’s why canon is giving guarantee to recover your photos n videos after damage this thing. So can’t store your personal pics and if u don’t have canon devices it’s really sucks to transfer.

planing to cancel it. someone please confirm hd is inside it or not , or yes please check brand

The HD should be there I saw video in youtube where the DEV connected his Cannon Device it showed Ava liable 956Gb something.

I checked on youtube, once u connect a pendrive , it will copy all pics and videos from pendrive without any internet and u can access those direct without internet. So hdd is there for sure.

Can we open the hard disk, I mean can we disassemble the hard disk and connect it to laptop or desktop? Please confirm. I ordered two pieces and I am yet to receive it. Wondering if any one can help here else I am gonna cancel it. Thanks in advance

Why is everyone talking about Dismantling the product why can’t you guys just use it as a Personal Cloud Storage ,everyone in your house can access it .

Mine is not yet despatch . But once I receive it . I will try to remove the HDD . It limited capabilities, cannot be used as a cloud storage

Guys, received it, straight away opened it. It has a 2.5 inch hdd with proper sata connectors.

To other guys asking for photos, it’s a regular 2.5 inch sata HDD, which everyone must have seen sometime.

Please search for a third party app which can help us use it more efficiently with other smartphones and WiFi cameras.
Someone did mention about an app in the same thread but never named it. Although canon has an app but I don’t think it will be as efficient as we expect it to be.
