If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.
It’s instant process online only. But for some reason some applications gets declined and sent as a lead to the bank staffs. I’ve done 2 applications last night and both got rejected instantly. But only 1 got pre-approved and got a call Today. I’m going forward with it as they rarely offer ltf cc nowadays
Spoke to local axis executive, she said that your current fk axis card is mastercard and this one will be visa card (so no issue with having both) although I’m planning to close down my mastercard (non ltf) once I have the visa card in hand

Axis person came for physical verification but could not proceed as i had only single name and no last name. Bad luck
Also those who planning to apply for more than 1 card at a time, you can’t do that. You could apply only once every 3 months and can have upto 3 cc

For God sake guys, do NOT share your eAadhar or OTP through whatsapp. if you value your privacy, Agent doesn’t want to visit your home for KYC because they are getting many applications for this ongoin offer but if you refuse to share on whatsapp then he will definitely come to you for KYC if he doesn’t complain on twitter.

I already have a FK Axis card.
Yesterday I applied for the My zone credit card first and after some time while I was just checking I mistakenly applied for neo credit card 
Just now I got the message my credit card has been approved (no kyc done) .
I checked My zone which I applied first is still in process but the neo which I applied later has been approved with limit higher than FK Axis card.
Can anyone tell me how this will be shared limit as FK Axis card’s limit is lower than the recently approved Neo card.

After application, I have received only the application ID. After checking with the customer care, they said the application has been declined. (Fk Axis)

3. Itr receipt
4. Itr computation

He had to delete my old application and reapply again as Not an Axis Customer. After doing so, application processed smoothly. I have 2 Axis CCs but don’t have an Axis Bank account

Got call from KYC agent asking for visit for KYC and bio metrics which I denied .
I asked him to cancel my application as I don’t want to do KYC again despite having salary account and Neo CC .
I thought process would be simple and easy as I am already an Axis bank CC and account holder but the lady said for every loan or credit card , KYC is compulsory.
I will hardly use Flipkart CC and maybe only in BBD so won’t make difference as Neo CC has good credit limit..
