- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.

Many in this thread are having doubt regarding Flipkart Axis Card, whether the offered cards are LTF and charged.
The website clearly mentions Joining and Annual fee as 0 (also next to that there is no asterix mark there mentioning any addl t&c)
The below is the offer banner link, which is posted in axis bank website itself
Since the offer is rolled last night and and will end by 31Mar, they may not change the Joining and Annual fee details in the Main Flipkart Axis card page.
If in future they deny for providing LTF means, we have evidence to get back to them and sort it out.
If still having doubt, better not to apply.

I already hold Ace and FK MasterCard cards and applied for FK visa LTF. An application id is generated but when I see on the application status page, that id is not shown but older ids are shown with declined status. Are we getting the declined message straightaway and by when can we track the id from the app status page?

Axis representative called me asking to reapply as I had selected yes in existing customer but I don’t have savings account. But I told her that I am an existing customer and I already have a credit card account. But she insisted on reapplying.
Yep, called me too just now. The issue is existing customer means having an account with the bank, not CC. If they process with ur request, they will need to fill the account details to move further otherwise they have to decline ur application. Since they received ur lead, is now pre-approved and no chance of getting it declined again. I’m trying to reapply but site seems down
Any issue if applying from my father’s account who retired a few years ago? Axis had issued a worthless Vistara CC earlier which was cancelled within a year or so.
Bro CIBIL will have one more enquiry after reapplying. I have reapplied MyZone credit card as previous application got declined and CIBIL got hit again.

in the last step , only FK card is shown with 0 charges . My Zone and IndianOil not shown at all . Some cards which are not LTF are also shown as options .

@kannapi Only 3 credit cards (Flipkart, MyZone, Neo) are LTF and remaining 3 credit cards out of 6 will be chargeable.
I got the call from axis bank for KYC, executive will visit for kyc. super fast action.
When I requested to upgrade my existing Neo Card LTF to MyZone LTF, I got below reply:
