- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.

If ur applying online u have to wait for 3 months.
If ur calling customer care and get a new card, u can do so within 3 months also (but u cannot get LTF feature by this method)

16th Feb applied myzone ltf….complained with application number and informed being existing fk axis and sb account holder(pathetic coordination). Still they couldn’t fig out so raised sr no(3 days ago) and received call today about verification of address. Was informed it is approved hence they called for verification Keeping fingers crossed.

Axis app home page shows it LTF OFFER. when clicking on it is taking me to pre-approved CC’s page.( Had to login) Can see ace ,atlas ( paid ). Etc and also myxone , Neo, IOCL , LTF offer.
New card with EXISTING FK LIMIT.
BUT WEIRD thing is , if i directly login and check-up card upgrade , there is no offer 😁.

my application for myzone was declined 2 times , so i called customer care and asked them why my application is declined and requested i need a ltf myzone card they have approved card instantly but later got to know from few replies in this thread that if its agent approved cc then it would not be ltf is this true?

I am still waiting for a further update from Axis Bank after sending an SMS about a week back.
First a pathetic limit, now zero communication from Axis Bank. Initial impression indicates to expect an abysmal service from them.
I have yet not received the card or any communication or any update after the approval SMS.
Any idea how much time they take to send the card after the approval message?

How did you apply for ACE? Through Agent or Phone Banking ?
My cousin had good limit on Flipkart Axis Card and he called and requested for ACE Card. CC Executive said they no longer take requests for ACE Card. Just for confirmation, I called and requested for same. Even I got same response. We made these calls yesterday morning.
