- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.

FK Axis card approved last week and received today. Joining and Annual fees mentioned zero.
Got without KYC or any agent call through Axis app. Regular application is still in process.

No bro haven’t received anything from axis i applied on 15th but after that no sms or mail or notification received call them but no solution, complaint multiple times on twitter but no response although they gave me a service request number but when i track it says invalid service request number now i have lost my hope but strange thing is that when i track my application neither once it has shown declined everytime i track my application it shows as in-process
Received the card approval SMS today, haven’t received the physical card yet. I don’t have an Axis SB A/c, rather I am an existing Ace card holder from a year.
Feb 16th – Applied as new customer, since I don’t have Axis A/c.
Feb 17th – Bank SA comes home for Biometric and Pan card scan even though i hold a CC with them. Came back after a couple of hours to take a photo of me. Got OTP and LTF confirmation over SMS.
Feb 21st – Received an SMS for application and expected update in 5-7 working days.
Mar 1st - Approval SMS – confirmed credit limit and last 4 digits of the card in Axis app. Cant get full details without activation code from welcome kit. Credit limit was less than half of my Ace Card!
Last but most important step remaining for me hopefully same thing happens with me also🤞

Now they have issued two Axis flipkart credit card to me.

On the status page my application status shows approved but the agent that helped me with the verification said that the card is declined. Not sure whom to believe anymore 😕

Many are facing this for so long time.
As some dimers mentioned earlier, we cant do anything from our end. It is Axis and Flipkart system back end issue. It will get rectified in a long run and on a fine day the card details will appear on FK as well. Until then we have to wait it seems.
But because of this, there is no impact on usage of Card and cashback redemption.
Last month the pre approved CC limit was 50k, but now it’s showing 85k.
But Flipkart Axis card is not showing in app so I couldn’t apply last month and this month
The status is still showing in process. Does it will get approved or axis bank playing prank.
How to get add-on card to FK Axis card? Does add-on card has the same benefits as primary card?
