- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.

Have priority account with them but was still rejected. Called and told them I want to close all the relations with axis bank, now they are ready to give the same card. No reason was given why was it rejected initially.

I got my flipkart axis credit card yesterday by bluedart courier.. On welcome letter it is mentioned that Annual fees as 500 and joining fees as 500..please find the image below

It might be possible that they have used wrong or old letter head. I had applied FK card when it was offered in LTF offer. I got the same letter mentioning annual fee but when I confirmed from CC they said no your card is LTF.
But to be on safe side keep email or SMS if you have received mentioning about the fee while applying.
I’m not able to verify delivery of my credit card. After enabling domestic txn, on last page when it asks for mpin, it’s throwing error try again, any solution to this?

15th Feb: Applied online for Flipkart Axis LTF card

16th Feb: Got a call from Axis on 16th saying that the card is pre-approved for me inspite of me having no prior relationship with Axis. An agent visited my home and did physical KYC.

17th Feb: One more agent visited my home for verification and asked for PAN and electricity bill. On the same day I got a call from another agent asking me to verify my company name & address. Later that day I got the ‘application approved’ SMS. Status on the site changed to ‘approved’ and also got a decent limit.
- No communication after that.
- 22nd Feb: Got ‘application declined’ SMS.
I wouldn’t be pissed as much if the Axis agent didn’t tell that the card was pre-approved for me or if they hadn’t done multiple verification visits and calls. The status on the site still says ‘approved’ but I have no hopes.
This is my second application for Flipkart Axis LTF Card. The first one was in September last year (done from Flipkart app) which was also declined after physical KYC.
Must be your agent agent created multiple applications out of which one is approved and second is declined. Do one thing, try chatting with axis customer care, if it gets connected, then you are approved and you will get your card (you can also enquire last 4 digits & get your customer id too)
FYI, my application through website got declined. However, applied through App is approved, I guess( I could see last 4 digits of the Card), no sign of card shipment yet.

My card(myzone) is under process since a week. I do have sb account and fk card since last October.
My myzone is also uder process from past week till now no updates
got fk card now as it was showing ltf.
My application was showing declined the day kyc was done, next day after that it was showing in process.. from last 3 days it was showing “in process” only.. but today again it changed to “declined” does that mean application got rejected or still some drama is left?

I received a letter for application declined “We observe from our records that a duplicate application

applied yesterday from fk app , agent asked me to visit bank for my kyc.
Original documents shown, salary slip submitted. and told that in 5 -6 days your application will be reviewed and you will know it approved or rejected.

15-Feb 10pm: applied for Myzone CC using mob no & PAN (not custID)
16-Feb 12:30pm: agent came, did eKYC using aadhar number on mobile app (app was pre-filled)
no other documents (like income proof) were asked
17-Feb: status was showing Declined
18-Feb: status change to In Process
23-Feb: recd SMS, card is approved, status changed to Approved (but card details not revealed)
** can see card details in AXIS mobile app, limit is same that of LIC-AXIS (may be shared)

I see a cibil enquiry related to axis bank and the enquiry amount is 10k and there is another entry related to SBI card with enquiry amount 100. I am very new to understing this stuff. Can anyone explain me the significance of enquiry amount in cibil report?
