- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.

Axis Application Update :
Those whose status was showing as declined after physical kyc, and later was changed again to in process, check now. Mine showing declined again.
Earlier I also got Declined status but mine is still showing as In Process.

Applied just after the thread created. Having axis ace 3 months old and an axis account opened but no transactions done in this account yet. No KYC done . 1st showing declined on 15th after application then in process for last 3 days and then showing in axis app. Limit is not declared if shared or not.
holding one axis freecharge and one axis flipkart ( MasterCard) along with 11 other cards . Still Myzone application got rejected after ekyc. Unable to understand their criteria for issuing cards
