I spoke to them after selecting the option of lost/block card option in IVR….they did respond saying we will give details but they didn’t have any details and informed to call back after half hour…I didn’t follow up yet…will update if I get some positive details to apply
I emailed IDBI, who had no clues whatsoever. Right away, they referred me to contact LIC.

This gentleman called me on my personal number. He explained to me about the benefits/difference between their current LIC Cards with AXIS and the upcoming ones with IDBI. He also explained that the details of IDBI-LIC cards are yet to be chalked out, but expected to be finalized by September-end.
This would be distributed by LIC, not IDBI and would initially target high-value LIC customers. And would be LTF.
I also got few information. Initially applicable for LIC policy holder, agents, employees and LIC’s subsidiary companies.
