How long do you take to initiate my refund?
For the convenience of Customers of Grofers, the eligible refund process is simplified as:
a.) For amounts lower than Rs. 100/-, the refund shall be reflected as ‘Grofers Cash’. This amount is fully useable on your future checkouts on Grofers.
b.) For amounts higher than Rs. 100/-, the refund amount will be rolled back to your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days for debit and credit card payments, and within 24-48 hours for all wallets.
What is “Grofers Cash”?
In case of eligible refunds/cancellations less than Rs. 100, we refund the amount in the form of Grofers Cash. This can be used at any point of time for future checkouts on Grofers.
