ADD CARD OPTION IS USER SPECIFIC
First of all add VISA cards (SBI, AXIS, KOTAK – both DC/CC) in Google Pay. You may do so by going to payment methods and then adding the card.
Then while doing the applicable transaction, click on your bank account name and change the payment method to the Card.
Complete the payment.

Tried paying electricity bill today but no joy. The linked Axis DC wouldn’t show up while making payment. Couldn’t change the payment method. Neither disable, remove etc option worked.
Next week RuPay card maybe launch Tokenization payment to support on GooglePay & SamsungPay
