It happens very often as the app is buggy…
Yesterday I kept trying for half an hr but it didn’t worked but again after 2 hrs I was able to sign up with a new Digibank ac.

After upgrading to lollipop 6 in my nexus5, jabong app also crashing similar to digibank app.
then I have tried in moto g, it worked fine and registered successfully yesterday at around 8pm. Morning 8:30 I am able to successfully add 700 in ola app and got 1200 and placed an order in olastore successfully..

its working absolutely fine post ~20 hours of registration

I think its not direct 200rs ola money they will 200rs coupon….

I jus completed my sign up process and can see my virtual card details… Will i get a notification when my virtual card is activated? Is there anyplace i can see its activated or not ??

You won’t get any notification abt activation… create an ac. hv a good sleep and next mrng ur ac. will get auto activated.
To verify this first recharge for rs 10 using the virtual DGB card u hv got, as suggested by dimers.

try debit card. definitely folks who developed DBS app didnt do a good job. so may be ur nb credentials are not being captured correctly. there are some portions where the next screen wouldnt come up until u press GO on your keypad (someone already reported this).
