I have received email from PayPal saying that they are live on BigBasket now and on 1st transaction at BigBasket, I would receive 25% cashback, up to Rs.150. However I was unable to see PayPal option in BigBasket Android app even after updating it to latest version from Google Play store. Then I had emailed BigBasket asking why PayPal option is not visible for me. They replied back over email saying that this payment option is visible only for few customers and would rolled forward for all customers by end of the week. Then when I checked my BigBasket app around Saturday 07th March, I could see PayPal option under payment options. So I have made transaction of Rs.602 using PayPal (old BigBasket and old PayPal accounts) assuming I would get Rs.150 PayPal cashback voucher. But till date (11th March) no luck, I have not received the Rs.150 PayPal voucher. 
You contact PayPal customer support.I transacted for GV no instant vocher.So i raised a ticket with PayPal they verified and gave the voucher after 5 days
Does anyone have PayPal India customer care email ID so that I can email them? I did first transaction on BigBasket using PayPal (both old accounts) and received PayPal email with the 25% (up to Rs.150) cashback offer but didn’t receive the Rs.150 cashback voucher even after 2 days. Transaction was done on 10th Mar around 2am.

Great. Placed 3 orders from same Old BB account. Got 3 vouchers in Old PayPal accounts.

Got 150 Rs PayPal voucher immediately after bigbasket grocery shopping today. Bigbasket and PayPal email are same but mobile numbers are different.
For 500rs transaction received 150 by paypal customer care

Didn’t receive cashback for first (not first ever) transaction on Bigbasket…. Received mail saying “your purchase doesn’t qualify for a cashback voucher”.
Did two transactions(first on Bigbasket, not first ever) with 2 different paypal accounts with same bigbasket account. In one account bought grocery worth 717/- and received only 25/- , In other account bought 500 GV and received nothing. Both account have physical non rupay card.
I bought 1000 voucher through komparify on 21 march.
First ever transaction
Still cashback not received.
