Option to Cancel order is available on Order Page.
If you cancel immediately (within 30mins i think) after placing order, 0 cancellation charges.
But if cancelled after 30mins of placing order, cancellation fees charged.
(This is for Delhi NCR, might varies with other locations)
Paypal option is available for those emails that received this offer on email and also same email is registered on bigbasket or same phone number on bigbasket as on paypal

I received paypal email informing me about the offer.
Email ID and Mobile No. Registered with paypal is also registered with Bigbasket.
And Still No Option.
Only thing:- Paypal is NOT used on Bigbasket previously for Gift card purchase.
My Inference is:- Paypal option is available for those who
1. Mobile Number + Email registered with Paypal is same as registered with bigbasket.
2. Transacted previously to buy GC using paypal

Same here. Worked for me also. Earlier I have received 250rs cashback email from paypal for this account for gift voucher. Only prob is I had unchecked my credits sections and made order amount to near 600, but on selecting paypal, they automatically included credits and took less amount in paypal, so got lesser cashback. But atleast something came, so happy 
I am planning to order via paypal, keep cashback and then cancel order to get 600 refund in bb wallet as i dont need grocery right now.

I bought voucher but no cash back received.Paypal payment was available only for gift voucher .
